Michelle Obama's Arms

Ever since we have had this sexy First Lady in the White House, women worldwide have been wondering, "How do I get me some of those awesome arms?" Perhaps in the past we have had a few attractive presidents' wives, but Michelle Obama certainly stands out as a beautiful example of health and fitness.

Without a doubt, our First Lady has been handed an excellent genetic package. And it is just not possible to discount the impact of genes. There are some women who will diet and exercise until the cows come home and never see anything close to the definition in Michelle Obama's deltoids. The pattern of where you tend to put on fat is inherited. And when you lose weight, the pattern of where the weight comes off first (and last!) is also a matter of genetics. But there is still plenty you can do to move your own arms in the direction of the First Lady's!

Although you probably will not like this fact, diet is the key. Losing fat is the factor that will allow the world to view the hard work you have already put into developing your muscles. Exercise alone is not enough. (Unless you have the time to exercise 8 hours a day!) Carefully watching your diet and removing all processed foods, refined flour and sugars, and trans-fats is a great place to start. Make sure you are eating just enough high-quality protein to support your muscle development as well as plenty of vegetables in a rainbow of colors. Add a few nuts, seeds, avocados, and some coconut oil for your healthy fats and you will be on your way.

Michelle Obama looks fantastic not just because she works out, but because she is HEALTHY! She eats the right stuff and avoids the wrong stuff. She doesn't smoke or drink too much. She doesn't stay up all night partying. You can be sure she does not crash diet. She does not deprive herself of vitamins, minerals, or antioxidants. Yes, she may be able to do 25 push-up's, but so can you. (If not today, then soon!) There is no trick. There is no secret to looking and feeling fantastic. You already know all the answers.

If you want to look like Michelle Obama, follow her lead. Take exquisite care of your own body and it will soon be looking and feeling better than ever!
